1985
Systems Plus Inc. was organized in Balibago, Angeles City. It started with its tutorial programs for students and professionals.
SPCC Cubao
1989
Marked the opening of the Systems Plus Inc. Campus in Cubao, Quezon City and the inauguration of the new building in Miranda, Angeles City – extension of Systems Plus, Balibago.
SPCF
1994
The name of the school was changed to its present name: Systems Plus Computer Foundation Inc., with its unique vision, mission and goals.
SPCC Caloocan
1997
Systems Plus Computer College of Caloocan Inc. was established. It offered four (4) level of schooling: Pre-school, Elementary, Secondary and College.
BED
2000-2001
SPCC Caloocan Pre-school, Elementary and Secondary levels were merged into one department called “Basic Education Department”.
RBEC
2003-2004
SPCC integrated the Revised Basic Education Curriculum (RBEC) into its academic and technology program.
Global SPCC
2005-2006
SPCC went ‘global’ in English, Mathematics, Science, Computer subjects. English is the school’s medium of communication and instruction except in Filipino subject.
BED Division
2006-2017
Basic Education Department was divided into two (2) departments: Grade School and High School with each department having its own Principal.
The Merged
2010-2011
The Grade School and High School Levels were merged into the Basic Education Department.
SHS
2016-2017
The Senior High School Level was opened. The pioneer Grade 11 students were accommodated in the new “Lourdes Building”.
K-12
2017-2018
The Senior High School Level was first completed for the K-12 Program of the DepEd. This year marked the first year of graduation for the Grade 12 graduates.
BED Division
2018-2019
Basic Education Department was divided into three (3) departments: Grade School, Junior High School, and Senior High School with each department having its own set of administrators.
Distance Learning
2020-2021
The unprecedented outbreak caused by COVID-19 2021 greatly affected the Education System in the Philippines. Coping with the New Normal, Systems Plus Computer College – Caloocan has developed its Learning Continuity Program in which the students can continue their studies in Distance Learning (Online Distance Learning and Modular Distance Learning).

2022-Present
Systems Plus Computer College – Caloocan Campus implements the Present Comprehensive Approach to Resilient Education for SPCnians or known as CARES. This approach embraces the idea of Blended Learning. Blended learning is an approach in education that combines the utilization of technological-mediated instruction and face-to-face interaction in a traditional place-based environment that will correspond to the demand of fast-changing world.
